DELIVERY

In accordance with the planning, our level best effort will be put in to ensure all orders (ready stock/ non pre-order) are being delivered on a timely basis. However, please also allocate at least 3 working days for delivery (West Malaysia). Most of our orders are processed within the stipulated business days. If you need your order on or by a specific date please advise on the arrangement and we will try our level best to make it happen!

For large custom orders, we might ship personally by car or engage a professional delivery company to handle and hand-deliver your orders. In the process of delivery, we do not maintain full control on the delivery route, timing and handling method of the delivery company, hence we will work closely with the delivery company to ensure best services are being extended. However, in any case where we could not meet the expectation, we will not be liable with any losses incurred during the process.
